Itay has been part of the TGW group for over a decade, and serves as its Chief Executive Officer for the past two years. He is a seasoned manager with over 15 years of experience in various financial positions in both private and publicly owned companies. Itay leads the TGW group in all fields and has carried out countless large-scale acquisitions, financing and tax transactions. Prior to joining TGW, Itay held the position of head controller in Zoko and its affiliate companies (CAT and others), where he directed the company audited reports, relations with banks and led an effort to define and develop work processes and systems, focusing on control measures. Itay has also held similar positions with Tnuva, Tiv Taam and the CPA firm of Leon Orlitzky. Itay is a certified public accountant and has completed his studies at the college of Ramat-Gan, Israel.

From 2006 to 2013 he served as a senior advisor to the Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. He has extensive experience in managing and motivating large and complex systems, specializing in land and environmental regulation
A former member of interministerial governmental committees in various fields, including planning and construction, he also led economic and environmental reforms in the economy. Specializes in commercial law and real estate, and has extensive experience in representing complex transactions against the largest entities in the Israeli economy.

CTO Shtang Eco
Marat with extensive experience in engineering and project management, Marat has been involved in various projects in the field of natural gas in leading companies in Israel and the world.
Marat is a mechanical and software engineer and a MBA in Business Administration and a DVGW Certified in the field of natural gas.
